Receiving customer feedback

How to request a review?

If you’ve recently done a job for a customer via HireTrades you can request for them to leave feedback on your profile where they originally got your details from, or alternatively they can make a search for your business name via the homepage dropdown function located "here" which will take them through to your business profile. You can also request feedback by copying your profile id link from the browser’s url field to send on to a customers email address.

How does the feedback system work?

Gaining customer’s feedback is an essential way of calculating a tradesperson's overall reliability and trust on whom to choose. Homeowners can see previous reviews left by others on a trader's profile so they can decide on the best rated companies. 

I've recently received negative feedback what now?

While occasional occurrences of this nature are possible, we provide a means for addressing instances where you believe an unfair negative review has been left. However, we are unable to remove any negative reviews unless the reviewer explicitly requests removal via email, or if we determine the review to be fraudulent. Regrettably, this is an essential aspect of our service, ensuring that all customers receive fair, honest, and reliable feedback. The initial step involves reaching a resolution with the customer to address the matter, kindly asking them to contact us through the same email they used to submit the review, thereby enabling us to remove their negative feedback. We acknowledge that circumstances may arise where this solution is not feasible due to a breakdown in the relationship between both parties.

Howcome I've had a missed appointment reported against me?

Every time an appointment's missed and reported it is logged under a persons profile. We understand not all appointments can go ahead as planned due to various circumstances but to avoid being reported in future as a missed appointment ensure good communication is kept with the customer.
