Billing & Trial Run

Can I order multiple free trials?

No. Clients can book the same plan again, but they do not receive another free trial period.

Cancelling my free trial?

Clients who cancel a plan during the trial period can continue to enjoy plan benefits until the free trial ends.

How does the 45 day free trial period plan work?

When clients purchase a plan with a free trial, they enter their payment details as they do for other plans. Details about the free trial period automatically appear in the order summary.

When the free trial is over, the client is booked for the first period. For example, if they booked a monthly membership plan with a 45-day free trial period, they will be billed for the first month after 45 days have passed. 

What payment method's are accepted?

We accept credit or debit card which can be securely stored for future use, you can even pay online via PayPal.

How do i cancel my membership and close my account?

Once a member is logged in scroll down to select the manage my subscription's tab to see "Cancel Subscription" located at the bottom of the page if any subscriptions have been made previously, you can also see if a plan's status is active or expired, and when a plan's set to expire. Please click the cancel membership tab if you wish to close your account specifying a reason why you felt our services didn’t help your business. If you wish for a profile to be removed before the subscription end date, you can do this by clicking the delete profile tab in my account and confirm the removal

Can i get a refund?

 Cancelling a subscription doesn’t generate a refund

• One-time payment: If we need to remove an account under any circumstances before the subscription end date the refund is calculated from the day you taken out the membership to the day you end it, with remaining days of the year prorated for a partial refund. To issue a refund please get in touch by contacting us "here"

Monthly memberships are non refundable

• Our yearly paid memberships are non-refundable under regular circumstances, and the membership will remain active until the subscription expiry date. Additionally, the company's advertisement will be removed for members.

• Recurring payment: When a member cancels a recurring payment, such as a monthly payment, the purchased plan and payment does not continue for the next cycle (e.g. for the next month)

If my membership was revoked, when will i receive my refund back?

Within 30 working days from your request but we'll aim to process refunds as soon as we can. There may be delays issuing card payment's back due to processing times.

How will my refund be paid back? 

The payment method used to buy a yearly subscription will be used to refund back to the card or bank account.

How can i update my payment method details?

You can update and save your payment details by navigating to the "My Wallet" tab in your account if any are saved.

Are my card details kept safe?

All card details are kept safe on our servers by trusted secure gateway processor’s like Stripe, Worldpay and Clearpay integration.
