a. HireTrades.UK charges a monthly subscription fee of £39.99 or an annual subscription fee of £360. Members will be billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on their subscription preference.

b. Members are entitled to a 45-day free trial, with no charges incurred. Upon the expiration of the free trial period, the member will be billed for the subscription fee.

c. HireTrades.UK reserves the right to modify the subscription fee at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to the subscription fee.

Cancellation
a. Members may cancel their subscription at any time, with no obligation to continue with the subscription.
​
b. Members are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month or year.

c. HireTrades.Uk does not provide refunds for subscription fees already billed.
​
Membership

a. Members must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the HireTrades.UK website.

b. Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Membership Subscription Termination

a. HireTrades.Uk reserves the right to terminate a member's subscription without notice for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to violation of the terms and conditions.

b. Upon termination of a member's subscription, the member will no longer have access to the HireTrades.Uk website.

Termination

HireTrades.UK may terminate or suspend your access to the website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease.

HireTrades.UK will not be held responsible or liable for any dispute or damages resulting from the hiring of a tradesperson through our website. We are simply a platform connecting users with tradespeople and do not have any control over the quality of work or conduct of the tradesperson.
However, if we receive multiple complaints about a particular tradesperson, we reserve the right to investigate and suspend their account if necessary.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are satisfied with the tradesperson's work before making payment. We recommend that payment is only made once the work is complete and the user is satisfied.
By using HireTrades.UK, both the user and tradesperson agree to abide by our terms and conditions and to act in good faith. Any breach of our terms and conditions may result in the suspension or termination of the user or tradesperson's account.

This includes damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, or any other matter relating to the website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
