Am i guaranteed to get work off this online service?
We can't actually guarantee regular on going work from our services as it all depends who is searching your trade criteria in your area at the time, we feel that giving you a free 45 day trial, this would help you decide if the amount of work you generate is worth the on going membership fee (honestly is our best policy)
Are all my private details kept safe?
Totally we only use your details to verify who you say you are, none of the sensitive information is stored on our servers.
What does it cost?
Currently our monthly membership fee is £39.99 after the 45 day trial has ended, where you can cancel at any time.
Can i get a refund?
Upon signing up, rest assured that there are no joining fees involved. Following the 45-day trial period, we apply a reasonable monthly fee for our valuable services. Consequently, we cannot issue refunds for monthly membership subscriptions. As for traders who opt for yearly subscriptions, refunds are not available, and their membership will be active for the full duration of the purchased contract until expiration. Why was my application declined?
We make sure all our applicants are vetted promptly and up to the job and standard we require, otherwise from time to time we have to decline applications who we feel aren't up to the mark, but we will always let you know the reason why.
Can i reapply if my application was declined?
Yes, you can re apply again providing you now have all the required satisfactory info we need to hand, however we can't guarantee you'll be accepted.
