How our review process works in depth 

We cherish all reviews that are submitted on our platform which are either negative or positive that informs other customers on a particular traders work quality background. 

How positive reviews work

Any tradesperson above a 3 star rating is considered positive, however tradespeople with a 5 star rating is considered excellent and would be recommended based on previous reviewers. We often check the validity of most reviews that are left for individual businesses, ones that are deemed suspicious which we can’t authenticate will be removed, and the tradesperson warned.

Any tradesperson below a 3 star rating is considered negative, and we wouldn’t recommend their services unless you wanted to ignore past customers feedback, however we have a system in place where if tradespeople keep consistently receiving poor reviews we reserve the right to revoke their membership. 

Some common FAQ's regarding customer feedback

Q. My job was completed poorly to a bad work standard, what should i do?

A. You will need to talk to the individual(s) who carried out the work first, asking them to correct the problem in question, if there is no positive outcome, then we ask you contact us here and then we will notify the account holder to resolve the issue on a gesture of good will. Otherwise you are obligated to leave a negative review.

Q. How are reviews verified?

A. Every review submitted goes live virtually straight away on a company’s profile, we often monitor the reviews that are left, and if we feel some are inappropriate or fake in nature they are removed from our records. We only ask for genuine reliable feedback after a job has recently been completed.

Q. What happens to tradespeople who always receive negative feedback?

A. If specific businesses constantly generate negative feedback, they will either request to cancel their membership or will continue on using our service, in which we will give them 3 warnings, and if they still do not comply with our high quality standards they are notified and removed from our platform for good.

Q. Can i delete my review?

A. Unfortunately once a negative or positive review has been left you're unable to delete them yourself, so please double check the review is accurate and correct to the best of your ability before clicking submit and leaving a review. If you require it to be permanently deleted, you can contact us here so we can remove it from our stored database.

Q. Can i update my review?

A. No, you can contact us here to request the review to be updated.
